20th Anniversary April Show : An Outsider Art Event

20th Anniversary April Show : An Outsider Art Event

Friday, April 28th from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. at 322 N Arsenal Avenue

The first April Show took place on the last Friday evening of April 1998 and featured the artistic works of Harry Blomme, Jerome Neal, and Berry Connell. Soon after moving into a house in the Holy Cross neighborhood, the idea occurred to throw a big party where Harry, Berry and Jerome could show their art.

The show has grown steadily since 1998, and now has a roster of over 20 artists and more than 500 people attend this one night art event.

After 20 years, the 2017 April Show on April 28 will be the final art event. More than 300 drawings, prints, paintings and mixed media works from outsider artists will be available for purchase ranging in price from $5-$300.

Admission is free.
