Through this grant, participants will achieve stability by working one-on-one with specialized case managers to identify a Veteran’s strengths and areas needing support to achieve housing stability. One of the biggest determinants of success after program completion is the ability of the Veteran to maintain and/or increase income. Veterans enrolled in this program work with the Employment and Training HVRP program, engage with representatives on-site, or are linked to the VA to work with a representative on maintaining benefits.
