OCS Community Economic Development Program

Most of the grant funds from the Department of Health and Human Services will be used to support the wages of transitional workers. A small amount will be used to support salary of staff that provides case management, training, and grant management. 10% will be requested as de mininimus indirect cost and funds may be required for travel to grantee meetings.
