New Market Tax Credits

The City of Indianapolis was awarded $55 million in New Market Tax Credits by the US Treasury Department, a portion of which was applied to the Indy East Promise Zone to incentivize large-scale ($5M and above) capital projects that will provide new jobs in the zone, namely at the P.R. Mallory building, Sherman Park, and along the Mass Ave. and Brookside Industrial Corridors.
