This grant through the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Fair Housing Initiatives Program allowed the Fair Housing Center of Indiana to increase its capacity to conduct lending investigations to determine violations of fair housing laws while continuing to advocate for quality placement of affordable housing opportunities and develop education and outreach on fair lending requirements.
