RecycleForce will use $800,000 in CED funds to expand its workforce by targeting opportunities to secure greater volumes of e-waste predominantly from retail returns, consumer recalls, and corporate and medical e-waste, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The funding will support RecycleForce’s increased need for workers, a short-term subsidy for the 32 jobs to be created and provide partial support for a grant manager and contractual recycling representative. The project will leverage an additional $1,178,939. The project will create 32 new, full-time jobs, all of which will be filled by individuals with low income.
