Business Ownership Initiative (BOI), the anchor program of the Indy Chamber’s Entrepreneur Services division, was certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). BOI was also granted $125,000 in CDFI Program Technical Assistance Awards to serve low-income and underserved communities lacking adequate access to financial resources.
