Community-Based Crime Reduction

Through its Community-Based Crime Reduction grant from the Department of Justice, the John Boner Neighborhood Centers is partnering with other Near Eastside organizations to address root causes of crime such as poverty, family economic instability, substance abuse, mental illness, and neighborhood decline by supporting community building and services that make education and employment viable pursuits for at-risk individuals.
