Southeast Neighborhood Development (SEND) is a non-profit community development corporation that advocates for housing, economic, and social equity by working with residents, business owners, and community partners to create and maintain inclusive, healthy, and vibrant neighborhoods in SouthEast Indy. Since its incorporation in 1983, SEND has invested more than $40 million in affordable housing, commercial renovations, economic and small business support, and greenspace and public space improvements.
