The IndyEast Economic Mobility District (IEMD) is designed to create lasting economic mobility for families on the Eastside of Indianapolis. Rather than operating as separate programs, IEMD aligns these focus areas into one coordinated system. Each focus area is intended to reinforce the others, creating cumulative impact rather than isolated outcomes.
